Description
Inspired by Joni Mitchell's The Circle Game, Time Carousel transforms the familiar carousel into a meditation on childhood, memory, and the passage of time. As the book opens, carousel animals, silhouetted figures, and fragments of the song emerge through layered paper structures, creating the feeling of circling the ride.
The book was produced in two separate editions. The color edition of 16 copies captures the energy and nostalgia of the carousel through vivid color, while the white-on-white edition, limited to only 6 copies, explores the same structure through light, shadow, and subtle relief.
